What is IBJJF?

IBJJF stands for International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation. It is the largest global organizer of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu sport competition, especially in the gi. Major events include the World Championship, Pan Americans, Europeans, and many opens. Most local gi tournaments copy IBJJF-style rules even when they are not official IBJJF events.
